Marius Borg Høiby, 29-year-old son of Norway’s Crown Princess Mette-Marit is facing 38 criminal charges and appearing in trial proceedings. The charges includes four counts of rape and various episodes of domestic violence and drug trafficking. Recently, a women testified in the court and accused him for rape and told the judges that he raped her while she was sleeping. Police found a video and fitness data of that female in his phone. However, Hoiby claimed that all the sexual encounters were consensual. This matter has become a major problem for the Royal family of Norway.
